Happiness Tip #14: Paint the Town Red Even If Waking Up at 6:30 the Next Day!

It is Magic Monday once again and time for another happiness tip.

In order to be happier, make sure to paint the town red not just on Friday or Saturday night, but on a workday too.

If you’re feeling down, take a walk in the midst of a busy city or in a quiet park. Choose the best place for you. Sometimes spending an evening in a nice coffee shop can be just the treat for you.

Feel the magic in the air. On a nice summer night, breathe in the fragrance of the flowers and the trees around you.

Eat a dripping watermelon slice or bite into a ripe peach to end your night on a good note. As you drift off to sleep, listen to some calming music.

Spending a night out on the town can bring you greater happiness, especially if you bring a friend along.

  1. Great idea! Sometimes it’s hard to find time for yourself during the week. I feel like I always have so much going on that I don’t actually relax until the weekend. I will definitely try this!
